Returnand Refund Policy
At The Green Way and its affiliated brands NBYO/ELIIUS/SCOPE3, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some items cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons, such as:
- Intimate apparel
- Swimwear
2. Refunds
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Partial Refunds:
- In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), for example, any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at enquiry@thegreenway.in.
